Hello, there! I am Mirna, and I’m thrilled to share part of my journey through food and data with you. Originally from the city of Ravenna in Italy (link), Cambridge, MA, in the United States, is now my home.

With a passion for the culinary arts, I am a certified baker and pastry chef, graduating from the IAL Culinary School of Cervia and the Hotel Catering School of Cervia, Italy.

While my first love was the culinary world, my later academic pursuits have taken me on an exciting path as well. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, and a Professional Certificate in Data Science.
